Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. We'll cover all return shipping costs for defective items.

Color Exchange

If there is a color option available, you can exchange your item for a different color within 2 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Customized Caps - Important Notice

No returns or exchanges are accepted for customized caps if the customer has provided the wrong logo. Please double-check your logo files and specifications before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork or logos.

General Returns

For non-defective items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective items)

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Specify if the item is defective or if you want a color exchange
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package your item securely with the return authorization number
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Processing Times

  • Defective items: Processed within 3-5 business days
  • Color exchanges: Processed within 2-3 business days (if in stock)
  • Regular returns: Processed within 5-7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized caps with customer-provided wrong logos
  • Items damaged by normal wear and tear
  • Items returned after the specified time limits
  • Items without original tags or packaging
